How We Ship

Delivered With Care, Every Time

Standard Delivery

Aligners are shipped via insured ground courier and arrive within 2 business days of dispatch for continental US addresses. Total time from plan approval to delivery is 7–9 business days on our standard service.

Branded Packaging

Every order is shipped in tamper-evident, patient-labelled pouches placed in numbered aligner trays, inside a branded outer carton. White-label partners receive packaging branded to their practice.

Full Tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically pushed to your Partner Portal dashboard and sent via email as soon as a shipment is dispatched. Real-time carrier tracking is available 24/7 through your account.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia for partner practices in those regions. International orders require customs documentation and may be subject to import duties. Contact your account manager for country-specific lead times and rates.
