The Orange Aligners Story
Orange Aligners was founded in 2021 by a team of orthodontists, dental technicians, and digital manufacturing specialists who were frustrated by the status quo. Existing clear aligner companies either sold direct-to-consumer — undermining the dental profession — or charged practices unsustainable per-case fees while offering minimal clinical support.
We set out to build something different: a precision manufacturing operation exclusively in service of dental practices. No consumer-facing marketing. No retail distribution. Just world-class aligners, manufactured in our ISO 13485-certified facility, shipped directly to your practice under a partnership model built around your success.
From the start, we made one rule: we never partner with anyone who isn't a licensed dental professional. Every case that leaves our facility is prescribed by a qualified dentist. Every treatment plan is reviewed by a certified clinical specialist. Clear aligner therapy belongs in dental practices — and we will never compromise that principle.
