Standards & Certifications

Quality & Compliance

Every aligner that leaves our facility has passed a rigorous multi-stage quality process, manufactured in a certified medical device facility and validated against internationally recognised standards.

Our Process

From Digital Design to Delivery — Every Step Validated

Our quality control process is documented, audited, and carried out by trained specialists at every stage of production.

1

Digital Design & Clinical Review

Every submitted scan is reviewed by a board-certified clinical specialist before treatment staging begins. Staging follows published orthodontic biomechanical principles, and the treating dentist approves the 3D treatment plan via the Partner Portal before manufacturing is authorised.

2

Fabrication

Approved treatment plans are converted to precision 3D-printed models using validated SLA and DLP printers calibrated daily. Aligners are thermoformed using medical-grade polymer sheet stock from certified suppliers, with each production batch tracked by lot number for full traceability.

3

Inspection & QC

Finished aligners undergo a multi-point dimensional and visual inspection against the approved treatment plan. Any aligner that fails fit or clarity standards is immediately remade at no charge. Each case is signed off by a QC technician before packaging.

4

Packaging & Delivery

Aligners are packaged in tamper-evident, patient-labelled pouches, placed in numbered aligner trays, and sealed in branded outer packaging. Each shipment includes a packing list and case summary for the treating dentist. Tracking information is pushed to the Partner Portal automatically.
