Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Orange Aligners collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services.
Last updated: June 6, 2026
1. Information We Collect
Orange Aligners collects information in two ways: directly from you when you use our services, and automatically through your use of our website.
Information you provide directly:
- Account registration details (name, practice name, email address, phone number)
- Partnership application data (practice size, scanner type, location)
- Clinical case submission data (patient scan files, treatment prescriptions, clinical notes — submitted by licensed dental practitioners)
- Billing and payment information (processed securely through our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications with our support and clinical teams
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns
- Cookie data and similar tracking technologies
We do not collect personal health information about end patients directly. Patient scan data submitted by partner practices is treated as clinical case data processed on behalf of the submitting practice.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate our clear aligner manufacturing services
- Process case submissions and deliver orders to partner practices
- Communicate with you about your account, cases, and orders

- Prevent fraud and maintain security of our platform
We do not use your information for advertising purposes, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processors, shipping carriers) who process data solely to provide services to us and are contractually bound to protect your information.
- Clinical partners: In certain cases, anonymised case data may be reviewed by qualified clinical consultants who support our treatment planning operations under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Orange Aligners or others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance of any such transfer.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
